a balanced stay
dog charm airport driver good food room heat noisy road fan absence
the hotel dog charmed me. our airport driver was punctual with collection. i dined in the hotel restaurant and the food was good. the breakfast was overwhelming to me.
my room was very hot at night. i asked about the a/c and they said it is switched off. there wasn't a fan in the room. i could not have the windows open because there was a noisy road nearby.

Quiet Boutique Hotel Experience
original design generous room quiet area kind staff
This hotel is beautiful. The interior design features traditional Moroccan decor. The room was a generous size. I loved the jasmine gels and creams provided and the staff. The pool area is pretty and quiet.
The breakfast was limited regarding variety of options.

The riad is in a residential area. It is about 500 meters from the beach. Taxis are accessible near the beach exit. This makes it relatively easy to reach other areas.

The restaurant provides many dishes at breakfast and dinner. I found the oriental scent in the hall very pleasant. The restaurant created a very good dining experience. I saw fresh flowers in the restaurant and in the hotel generally.

My junior suite included a large balcony. The bed was very comfortable. A big shower and separate bath were available. Room service came twice per day to maintain the room in order.

The staff were helpful and courteous at all times. I saw attention to detail everywhere. The staff was always smiling, agreeable, and seeking to satisfy guests. I felt very welcomed and well looked after.

clean pool comfortable room nice decor
i found the hotel well maintained. the pool area was clean and inviting. my room was large and comfortable with nice decor (i especially liked the local art).
the walk to nearby restaurants felt a little long sometimes.

helpful staff fresh candles flower petals
The restaurant provided really good food and the staff proved helpful! Our room included a balcony overlooking the pool. Turndown service brought fresh candles to our room. I noticed flower petals around the bathtub.
The room's refrigerator seemed a bit warm.
